Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 4, 2026

This policy explains what information HyperStaff ("we", "us") collects when you visit hyperstaff.co, book a call, or use our services, and what we do with it. We keep it in plain language on purpose.

Information we collect

We collect information in three ways:

  • Information you give us directly: when you submit the contact form or book a call, we receive the details you enter, such as your name, work email, phone number, company name, and a description of the roles you want to fill.
  • Information collected automatically: like most websites, we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site. This includes pages visited, approximate location, device and browser type, and referral source. Analytics data is aggregated and does not identify you personally to us.
  • Information from service delivery: if you become a client, we collect the information needed to run your engagement, such as billing details, the tools you use, and the workflows you delegate.

How we use your information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Respond to your inquiry and schedule the call you requested
  • Match you with suitable specialists and run your engagement
  • Send you service-related communication, and marketing communication you can opt out of at any time
  • Understand how the website is used so we can improve it
  • Meet legal and accounting obligations

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate, and only what they need:

  • Form delivery: contact form submissions are delivered to our inbox via FormSubmit
  • Analytics: Google Analytics processes usage data on our behalf
  • Hosting and content: the website is hosted on Vercel; blog content is managed in Sanity
  • Specialists and account managers: if you become a client, the team serving you sees the business information needed to do the work

Cookies

The site uses cookies set by Google Analytics to measure traffic. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site works without them. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Data retention and security

We keep inquiry information for as long as needed to serve you and for a reasonable period afterwards, then delete it. Client engagement records are kept for the duration of the engagement plus the period required for legal and accounting purposes.

Access to your information is limited to the people who need it. Specialists sign confidentiality agreements before receiving access to any client systems, and access is revoked when an engagement ends.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to show you the personal information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. You can also unsubscribe from marketing email with one click. Write to us at hello@hyperstaff.co and we will respond within a reasonable time.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update this page and the date at the top. Material changes affecting existing clients will also be communicated directly.
