What we provide

HyperStaff places pre-vetted remote specialists with client businesses and manages the engagement: sourcing, vetting, briefing, account management, process documentation, and replacement when needed. Specialists work under your direction on the tasks you assign; we manage the relationship and service quality around them.

Specific engagement details, including hours, tier, rates, and start dates, are set out when you sign up and in your engagement confirmation. Where anything on this website differs from your signed agreement, the signed agreement governs.

Engagements and billing

• Engagements are billed monthly in advance for the plan you select
• After the first 30 days, engagements run month to month; you can cancel before the next billing cycle without notice periods or exit fees
• Quarterly prepayment discounts apply as described on the pricing page at the time you sign up
• Unused hours within a monthly plan do not roll over unless agreed in writing

Replacement policy

If your specialist is not working out for any reason, we replace them at no additional cost. Replacement specialists are briefed on your business and inherit your Operations Vault. We target 5 to 7 business days for a properly briefed replacement.

Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate information about the role, tools, and workflows during intake
• Grant system access using appropriately scoped accounts you control, and revoke it when an engagement ends
• Direct the day-to-day work lawfully; specialists cannot be asked to perform illegal tasks or work outside the agreed scope
• Pay invoices on time

Non-solicitation

Specialists remain engaged through HyperStaff. During an engagement and for 12 months after it ends, you agree not to directly hire or contract a specialist we introduced to you without our written consent and an agreed buyout.

Confidentiality

We treat your business information as confidential and require the same from every specialist and account manager before they access your systems. You agree to treat non-public information about our specialists, pricing negotiations, and methods as confidential in turn.

Intellectual property

Work product created by your specialist within the scope of your engagement belongs to you once the related invoices are paid. The content of this website belongs to HyperStaff and may not be republished without permission.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

We vet specialists carefully and manage engagements actively, but we do not guarantee specific business outcomes from delegated work. The website and its content are provided as is, without warranties of any kind.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of an engagement is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Termination

You can end an engagement as described above. We may suspend or end an engagement for non-payment, unlawful use, or conduct that puts a specialist at risk, after giving you notice and a reasonable chance to fix the issue where practical.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms from time to time; the date above reflects the latest revision, and continued use of the site or services after an update constitutes acceptance. Material changes affecting active engagements will be communicated directly.
